• Basic technical data such as IP address, user agent, and simple analytics events.
• Error logs and diagnostic information to keep the service reliable.

How we use data

• To render sale pages, printable signs, and related features.
• To understand product usage (for example, where people drop off in the create flow).
• To detect and respond to abuse or misuse of the service.

Data retention

Sale pages stop appearing once they expire. Records and images may be retained for a limited period (such as 30–90 days) for debugging, metrics, and abuse investigations before being deleted or archived.

Sharing

We do not sell personal data. Third-party services may be used for hosting, storage, AI processing, and analytics in order to run Rummagely.

Your choices

You can request removal of a sale and its photos by emailing support. Every public sale page includes a “Report sale” link to flag issues for review.
